Our services include personalized coaching sessions and email subscriptions for educational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors and do not provide investment advice. Any guidance is general and should not replace professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe. Coaching sessions ($200) are non-refundable once booked. Email subscriptions ($100/month) can be canceled anytime, but no refunds for partial months.
You may share account statements voluntarily, but we will never request account access. You agree to use our services responsibly and not hold us liable for any financial decisions made based on our content.
We provide services "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of our advice.
We may terminate services for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by US laws. Disputes will be resolved in US courts.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
